Here’s a simple way to test it at home (no fancy tools needed):

  1. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser.

  2. Pat dry with a towel and don’t apply anything (no creams or toner).

  3. Wait for about 30–45 minutes.

  4. Observe how your skin feels.

    • Oily skin: Your face looks shiny, especially on your forehead, nose, and chin.

    • Dry skin: It feels tight or rough, maybe with flakes.

    • Combination skin: Your T-zone (forehead/nose/chin) is oily, but cheeks are dry.

    • Normal skin: Balanced, not too oily or dry.

    • Sensitive skin: You get red, itchy, or irritated easily.

    📝 Tip: Your skin type can change with weather, hormones, or even stress — so check it from time to time.

    6 Simple & Honest Tips for Healthier Skin

    5. Move your body – Even a little walk or stretch helps. Exercise helps balance hormones and clear skin.
